Elazığ In-Camp Food Assistance Programme

The Project, which was launched in November 2022, is funded by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to enable Ukrainian citizens residing in Elazığ Temporary Accommodation Center -who meet the vulnerability criteria- to meet their basic needs.

The cash assistance under the Project was provided by loading 340 TL (between November 2022 and April 2023) to the KIZILAYKART of the beneficiary family as part of the winter assistance, in addition to the monthly assistance of 300 TL per person. This assistance can be used during the period of residence in Elazığ Temporary Accommodation Center.

The aim of the Project is to contribute to the basic needs and socio-economic support of the most vulnerable individuals coming from Ukraine and placed in Elazığ Temporary Accommodation Center.
