Second “Case Management Software Training” was Held.

Second “Case Management Software Training” was held on 13-14 June 2019, in Ankara.

“Case Management Software Training” is completed with the participation of Outreach, Monitoring & Evaluation, Service Center, Coordination and Communication personnel working in different regions of Turkey within Kızılaykart. 45 personnel have participated to the training which was held in Ankara between the 13th and 14th of June. The individuals who were recorded as “case” are the ones who were not able to apply for assistance or could not benefit from the assistance within the context of ESSN Programme. The “Case Management Software” has been developed by Türk Kızılay Information Technologies Directorate which assists Kızılaykart teams to record and track cases and manage the processes.
